We operate the website https://eggcellentfarmersmarket.com (the "Site"), as well as any other related products and services that refer or link to these legal terms (the "Legal Terms") (collectively, the "Services").

We provide an online marketplace for independent vendors such as farmers, growers, and artisan producers to list and sell fresh produce, poultry, dairy, and other farm-related goods. The Services enable sellers to connect directly with customers for both local delivery and nationwide shipping.

These Legal Terms constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you"), and Eggcellent Farmers Market LLC. 7. LISTING FEES

We charge a flat listing fee of $5.00 USD per product, per month to vendors who wish to list and sell items on the Eggcellent Farmers Market platform.

Billing and Renewal Each product listing is valid for 30 days from the date it is posted. Listings will automatically renew monthly unless the vendor removes the listing or disables auto-renewal through their account dashboard. The $5.00 fee will be charged for each active product listing on a recurring monthly basis until canceled.

Cancellation and Removal Vendors can cancel a listing at any time by removing the product through their vendor dashboard. Removing a product before its renewal date will prevent the charge for the next month. No partial refunds will be issued for early removal.

Payment Authorization By listing a product on the platform, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method for each $5.00 listing renewal until canceled. All fees are in U.S. dollars.

Fee Changes We reserve the right to update or change listing fees at any time. Any fee changes will be communicated in advance and apply to future listings or renewals only.

29. EGGCELLENT FARMERS MARKET CLAUSE

Eggcellent Farmers Market LLC is a multivendor marketplace platform. We do not manufacture, store, or inspect the items sold through our Services. Each vendor is solely responsible for the products they list, the accuracy of their listings, pricing, availability, and shipping or delivery fulfillment.

We are not responsible for any shipping issues, lost, stolen, damaged, or spoiled items. We do not mediate refund or return requests. All disputes, including those regarding product quality, delivery, and returns, must be resolved directly between the buyer and the seller. Vendors are expected to communicate professionally and promptly with their customers.

Each vendor is responsible for complying with all applicable federal, state, and local laws concerning the sale of food, produce, eggs, meats, dairy, and other agricultural goods. This includes holding all necessary permits and licenses. Eggcellent Farmers Market LLC is not responsible for verifying vendor compliance and shall not be held liable for any legal or regulatory issues arising from vendor operations.

19. GOVERNING LAW

These Legal Terms and your use of the Services are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict of law principles.

20. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

All disputes that cannot be resolved informally shall be resolved by binding arbitration located in Colorado, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The parties waive their right to a jury trial.
